Every payment you make to us - a new order, a renewal, an upgrade, or an automatic auto-renew charge - is covered by a 30-day refund window from the date it was charged. If you're not happy with the Service for any reason within that window, open a support ticket and we'll refund it in full. No need to justify it in detail; "this wasn't what I expected" is a good enough reason.
Past 30 days from the charge date, that specific payment is no longer eligible for a refund - but nothing stops you from simply not renewing next cycle.
PayPal payments are refunded back to the original PayPal account. Bitcoin payments can't be "refunded" the way card payments can - if you paid in BTC, tell us a wallet address in your ticket and we'll send the refund there.
The 30-day window doesn't apply if your account or server was suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms of Service - abuse, illegal content, attacking other systems, and similar. We're not obligated to refund service that was cut short because of something you did wrong.
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first - a support ticket is almost always faster than a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback, and you're covered by the 30-day window above anyway. Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to help may result in your account and servers being suspended while it's investigated.
Open a support ticket from your control panel, tell us the order in question and what went wrong. We aim to respond to every ticket personally, not with a form letter.
