This describes exactly what we collect and why - not a generic template. If something on this page stops being true because the site changes, this page should change with it.
1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Username, email, and password (your password is stored as a salted hash - we never see or store it in plain text);
- Full name, phone number, and country - required at signup, used for billing records, support, and basic fraud checks;
- Address and Discord username - optional, used only if you provide them, for the same purposes above plus community/support convenience.
When you use the Service, we also process:
- Order and payment records (amount, game, slot count, payment method) - we don't store your full PayPal or Bitcoin wallet details ourselves, that's handled by PayPal directly or visible on the public Bitcoin blockchain for BTC payments;
- Support ticket contents;
- Server configuration you set through the control panel (hostname, slot count, config files you edit) - this is necessary to run the service you've ordered;
- Basic technical logs (things like login timestamps and IP addresses tied to session security) kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention.
2. What we don't do
We don't run advertising trackers, sell your data to third parties, or share your information with anyone except where necessary to actually deliver the Service (for example, PayPal to process a payment you initiated). We don't use your data to train anything or hand it to data brokers.
3. Why we process this data
- To provide the Service - creating and managing your servers, processing payments, sending renewal reminders, responding to support tickets;
- Legal and financial obligations - keeping records required for tax and accounting purposes;
- Fraud and abuse prevention - phone/address/country details help us catch obviously fraudulent orders before real money or resources are involved;
- Communicating with you - order confirmations, expiry/renewal reminders, ticket replies, and (if you request one) password resets. All of this mail is transactional; we don't send marketing email you haven't asked for.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It's strictly functional - there's no analytics or advertising cookie on this site.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal/tax record-keeping. If you ask us to delete your account (see below), we'll remove what we're not legally required to retain.
6. Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / the EU GDPR, including the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data (you can update most of this yourself from your account);
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to what we're legally required to keep;
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these, open a support ticket from your control panel or contact us through the homepage. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Data security
Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Access to customer data within our systems is limited to what's needed to operate the Service. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect your information.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
